Nick and I were cooking dinner one night and she was hanging out in her Bumbo...I gave her a teaspoon to hold and it quickly made its way to her mouth. Poor baby girl is teething so bad!!:(
The next night hanging out in the kitchen while we were cooking dinner....she was loving the purple teether that Nanny got her.

Saturday was busy! We went to Kadence's birthday party at the skating rink. It was Lilly's first time there! She loved the music, lights, and looking around at all of the people. She got to meet some of her cousins for the very first time, too!:)

Saturday night daddy was supposed to be left in charge of Lilly while I went to my cousin, Brittany's, pageant with my mom and my sister, but my mom couldn't find our tickets that we bought so we didn't get to go. :( Brittany looked GORGEOUS though!! She and Kimberly came over after the pageant and hung out for awhile!:)
After that we went over to JoJo and Poppy's for a Super Bowl party:)

While the Super Bowl was going on Lilly had her bath and was ready for bed. She had a hard time falling asleep with all of the action going on though!:) Poppy LOVES to have his picture taken with Lilly!:)
Highlights over the past few weeks...
*Teething has become a pretty consistent problem for Lilly. During the day it doesn't seem to bother her as much, but at night she is miserable. :( She likes to gnaw on Nick's finger and chew on her teethers. We also have been using Hyland's teething tablets and they seem to bring her a lot of relief!!
*She had her first trip to Capri's, Costco, Aunt Kelly and Uncle Josh's, and the skating rink!
*She loves to grab anything and everything that she can get her hands on! She especially loves to grab my hair and hold on very tight even if it's just a few strands of hair!
*She loves to stand up! She really enjoys doing that when she is looking at herself in front of the mirror, too!:) She just smiles and leans forward like.. "who are you?!?":)
*Her giggles are SO precious! We love doing anything and everything just to hear her giggle! It is soo cute!!!:)
*Nick got her dressed and ready for school/daycare Monday morning and when he was sitting in the bed with her watching cartoons she had a BIG blowout! It was so big that it went out the front of her diaper, too! Needless to say an outfit change was in order! Bless!!!;-)
*She still isn't a huge fan of tummy time, but she can lift her head so good! She holds herself up and it is cute to see her lift her legs, too!
*There is NO way to keep her swaddled in a blanket now..she kicks out of it in less than 2 seconds! Her legs have always been moving nonstop and that hasn't changed for sure!!
*Most nights she still loves the bath unless she is just cranky from teething. She will kick and splash around in the water for as long as we let her stay in there!
*Nick likes getting the blow dryer out after her bath. She is pretty spoiled! I put her hooded towel, regular towel (to lay on the bed) and her pajamas in the dryer while she's in the bath and then when she is about to get out I go get them and they are so nice and warm!:) So this week Nick got the blow dryer out and she LOVED it! She could have just laid there naked all night!
*Nick and Lilly have their own morning routine during the week while I am getting ready for work. He gets up, feeds her a bottle, gets her dressed for school and then they sit in the bed waiting until 6:30 for cartoons (Arthur) to come on. It is so sweet!:):) He loves her SO very, very much!!!
